WHAT IS HEART COHERENCE?

Arlene, Certified HeartMath Coach since 2016, teaches the initial training course “Building Personal Resilience” and continues added training via coaching, online practices and added education for raising one’s Heart Coherence and Personal Resilience and Wellness Levels.

THE STEPS OF THE QUICK COHERENCE® TECHNIQUE
- Step 1 – Heart-Focus. Focus your attention on the area around your heart.
- Step 2 – Heart-Focused Breathing™; Focus on a visualization of breathing through your heart: Maintain your heart focus and, while breathing, imagine that your breath is flowing in and out through the heart area. Breathe casually 5 seconds in and 5 seconds out approximately, and just a little deeper than normal.
- Step 3 – Heart Feeling. Recall a positive feeling and make a sincere attempt to relive that feeling. Feel it again. You can recall a time when you felt appreciation or care for someone or something and attempt to re-experience that feeling. Once you have found a positive feeling begin to sustain this feeling by continuing with Heart-Focused Breathing and a positive Heart Feeling.

HOW CAN I CREATE, PRACTICE & DEVELOP HEART COHERENCE?
When you are feeling positive feelings you are creating coherence. Breathing with this feeling helps coherence to become stronger, to last longer and assists the feeling and coherence energies to gradually become more anchored into your body, cells, and whole being. You are retraining your body, mind, heart, emotions to a new level of normal and natural.
To develop Heart Coherence Levels and Personal Resilience, it is suggested that you create a schedule for regular practice and training of the following breathing technique, 2 to 3 times a day. In addition, you may activate this breathing technique any time you desire such as prior to, during, or after stressful events or situations that present emotional challenges. It is very supportive to your systems and consciousness, to do this breathing technique before communications, meetings, and connection with others. When you breathe in good feelings before and during a situation, it creates greater harmony and balance for your nervous system and the situation.
