Heart-Brain Coherence is a science-based practice of synchronizing your heart and brain to be in alignment with each other for optimal performance. When this “life giving” alignment is created, by entrainment all other systems will also align and come into balance, optimal perfomance and harmonious flow with each other on every level – mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.

Heart-Brain Coherence brings our nervous system into balance and creates coherence between our heart, mind, emotions, body, spirit. It raises our inner electrical vibrational levels to a greater presence and experience of wellbeing. This alignment is key to clearing stress, unlocking our higher capacities, and to gaining deeper inner wisdoms.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is revealed on the Inner Balance App
Heart Rate Variability (HRV): Is a pattern of heart rate variability, which is the variation in time between heartbeats. When in a coherent state, the heart rate becomes smoother and more regular, unlike the jagged pattern associated with stress. See chart below.
